ABSTRACT: Under the policy guidance of “holistic ideological and political education construction across primary, secondary, and higher education”, legal education—as a core component—faces deep-seated contradictions including fragmented educational stages, superficial value identification, and disjointed resources. Red legal figures, as pioneers of the Communist Party of China’s legal system development, embody political, historical, and educational attributes through their ideas and practices, offering unique solutions to these challenges. This paper analyzes the spiritual characteristics of red legal figures and explores integrated approaches to cross-stage curriculum design, innovative teaching methods, and systemic safeguards. The study aims to provide historical insights and practical solutions for legal education in the new era, fostering the development of ethically and legally competent individuals.
