2. Literature Review

4. Methodology

ITS analysis is a quasi-experimental statistical technique used to evaluate the effect of an intervention or event by analyzing data collected at multiple time points before and after the occurrence of said intervention. ITS is particularly valuable when randomized controlled trials are not feasible, allowing researchers to infer causal impacts from observational data by assessing shifts in level and trend following a defined “interruption” (Bernal, Cummins, & Gasparrini, 2017).
In ITS, a baseline trend is established using pre-intervention data. 5. Results
