Special Issue on Human Rights and Social Justice

Human Rights and Social Justice explores the principles of equality, freedom, dignity, and fairness in society. It addresses the protection of fundamental rights, the prevention of discrimination, access to justice, and the promotion of equal opportunities for all individuals and communities. This field also considers the social, political, economic, and legal factors that influence human rights protection and social inclusion, including poverty, gender equality, minority rights, migration, and institutional accountability. Through theoretical analysis, empirical research, and practical approaches, it seeks to advance inclusive policies, strengthen legal protections, and foster a more equitable and just society.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Human Rights and Social Justice. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
