Future of Work, Flexible Employment, and
Workplace Innovation considers the transformation of employment patterns,
organizational practices, and worker experiences in response to economic,
technological, and societal change. It considers evolving job structures,
remote and hybrid arrangements, alternative employment models, workforce
mobility, employee autonomy, digital collaboration, and changing expectations
surrounding careers and working conditions. The topic also highlights
organizational strategies for enhancing adaptability, productivity, employee
engagement, and long-term workforce resilience while responding to emerging
opportunities and challenges in contemporary labor markets.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
