Special Issue on
Human Capital and Economic Development
Human Capital and Economic Development explores
the role of knowledge, skills, education, health, innovation, and workforce
capabilities in promoting economic growth and improving societal well-being.
The field examines how investments in human capital influence productivity,
employment, income distribution, entrepreneurship, technological advancement,
and long-term economic development. It also addresses labor markets, education
and training, demographic change, health economics, social mobility,
