"Educational Policy, Governance and Leadership" examines the frameworks and practices governing educational systems and their policy development. It focuses on decision-making processes, institutional structures, and leadership strategies that influence educational quality and equity. Key areas include policy analysis, school management, and leadership development, with an emphasis on improving educational outcomes. The field also explores the interplay between politics, economics, and education, assessing how policies impact students, educators, and communities at local, national and global levels.
