Special Issue on
Sustainable Human Resource Management
Sustainable Human Resource Management is an
approach to managing people that integrates long-term organizational goals with
employee well-being, social responsibility, and environmental considerations.
It emphasizes practices that promote workforce development, retention, and
engagement while aligning human capital strategies with sustainable business
objectives. Key aspects include ethical recruitment, diversity and inclusion,
continuous learning, performance management, and work-life balance. By
fostering a resilient, adaptable, and motivated workforce, sustainable HRM
