  In this paper, a new class of Banach spaces, termed as Banach spaces with property 
  (MB), will be introduced. It is stated that a space 
  X has property 
  (MB) if every 
  V -subset of 
  X* is an 
  L-subset of 
  X* . We describe those spaces which have property (
  MB) . Also, we show that if a Banach space 
  X has property (
  MB) and Banach space 
  Y does not contain 
  <img src="Edit_a00bf6c8-657c-4281-b034-8694d5db97d3.bmp" alt="" /> , then every operator

Introduction</title><p>In 1992, Saab and Smith [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.72770-ref1">1</xref>] studied Banach spaces with the property that every un- conditionally converging operator from such a space to an arbitrary Banach space is weakly completely continuous. It is well known that every completely continuous operator is an unconditionally converging operator. In this paper, the converse of this fact by using some localized properties, e.g., <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x18.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>-sets, <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x19.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>-sets will be studied.</p><p>First, the property <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x20.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> for Banach spaces is presented, then spaces which have property <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x20.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x21.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> are considered. Next, it is demonstrated that <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x20.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x21.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x22.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> has property <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x20.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x21.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x22.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x23.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> if and only if every unconditionally converging operator <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x20.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x21.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x22.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x23.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x24.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> is completely continuous, for every Banach space<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x20.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x21.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x22.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x23.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x24.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x25.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>.</p><p>In [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.72770-ref2">2</xref>] , it has shown that a Banach space <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x26.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> has the Reciprocal Dunford-Pettis property whenever it has property <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x26.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x27.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> but the converse is false. We investigate under what conditions this implication could be reversed.</p><p>Also, it will verified that property <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/2-5301217x28.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> implies the Dunford-Pettis property.
