Introduction</title><p>As known [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.70959-ref1">1</xref>] a quantum physical system can be represented by a couple<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x18.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>, where <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x19.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> is some <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x19.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x20.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>-algebra which are hermit’s elements that are called observables and some set <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x19.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x20.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x21.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> of positive functional with norm one, called the quantum states of this physical system [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.70959-ref2">2</xref>] .</p><p>We say what the functional <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x22.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> majorizes functional <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x22.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x23.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> if <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x22.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x23.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x24.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> is a positive functional [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.70959-ref2">2</xref>] .</p><p>The state <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x25.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> quantum physical system is called the pure state if it majorizes only functional type <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x25.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x26.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.70959-ref2">2</xref>] . Denote the set of all pure states on <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x25.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x26.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x27.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>-algebra <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x25.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x26.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x27.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x28.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> by<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x25.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x26.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x27.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x28.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x29.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>.</p><p>In the set of all linear continuous functional on <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x30.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>-algebra <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x30.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x31.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> we have topological structure, called as <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x30.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x31.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x32.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> weakly topological structure [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.70959-ref2">2</xref>] and defined by pre-basis:</p><p><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x33.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>,</p><p>where<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x34.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>; according to this in the set <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x34.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x35.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> we have the topological structure induced from this topological structure.</p><p>It is very known if <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x36.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> commutative <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x36.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x37.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>-algebra, then every positive linear functional defines complex valued measure on the <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x36.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x37.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x38.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> which is separable and locally compact space of pure states under the <sup>*</sup> weekly topological structure. This measure is</p><p>defined by corresponding<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x39.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>, <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x39.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x40.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>, for all <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x39.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x40.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x41.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> continuous</p><p>function. In non-commutative case we cannot define the measure on <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x42.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> in this way. In the work [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.70959-ref3">3</xref>] for each linear functional, with norm one, we define the probability measure <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x42.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x43.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> for commutative and non-commutative cases in other ways. It gives us the opportunity to present a quantum physical system as a statistical structure [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.70959-ref4">4</xref>] . Representation of quantum physical system in this form, in our opinion, is more comfortable for the solution of problem of quantum system, for example for testing hypotheses [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.70959-ref4">4</xref>] . In this paper, using this representation, we have tried to consider the dynamic of quantum physical system as a random process.</p></sec><sec id="s2"><title>2. Quantum Physical System as a Statistical Structure</title><p>Denote by <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x44.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> the set of Hermit’s elements of <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x44.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x45.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x44.png" xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x46.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>-algebra.</p><p>Easy to show that every linear functional on the <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x47.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/70959x47.png"
