If <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/3-5301080x35.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/3-5301080x36.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula><inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/3-5301080x37.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> holds, then we speak of a non-trivial Steiner t-designs.</p><p>Investigating t-designs for arbitrary<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/3-5301080x38.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>, but large t, Cameron and Praeger proved the following result:</p><p>Theorem 1. Hence the determination of all flag-transitive and block-transitive t-designs with <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/3-5301080x47.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> has remained of particular interest and has been known as a long-standing and still open problem.</p><p>The present paper continues the work of classifying block-transitive t-designs. We discuss the block-transitive <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/3-5301080x48.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> designs and Ree groups. We get the following result:</p><p>Main Theorem.
