ABSTRACT: Software testing has become a primary
business for a number of IT services companies, and estimation, which remains a
challenge in software development, is even more challenging in software
testing. This paper presents an overview of software test estimation techniques
surveyed, as well as some of the challenges that need to be overcome if the
foundations of these software testing estimation techniques are to be improved.
