ABSTRACT: We present a case of transcatheter closure of a traumatic ventricular septal defect (VSD), in which simultaneous 3-dimensional (3D) transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and angiography played a critical role in defect sizing, device selection, and procedural guidance.
