  ABSTRACT: Vasculitis is one of the less common but important consequence in patients with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infections and presentation with multiple limb gangrene is rare. We therefore report a novel case of quadruple limb gangrene in a patient with HIV infection.
