ABSTRACT: A 2.5 years old boy presented with fever,
intermittent small joint arthritis of hands
and feet, bilateral nephromegaly with normal hemogram and uric acid level. Bone
marrow aspiration revealed pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia without leukemic
infiltration of kidneys. Leukemia should be suspected in any patient with
arthritis and nephromegaly.
