  ABSTRACT: A 10-year-old boy had a long time of fever, and was diagnosed as JRA at first, but the patient’s condition got worse and worse after the treatment, then we did the cervical lymph node biopsy, which showed ALCL (Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma). After receiving the correct treatment, the patient’s condition got better.
