ABSTRACT: The equilibrium and kinetics of sorption of gadolinium (III) ions from sulfate solutions by a natural clinoptilolite containing tuff are studied. It is shown that gadolinium is completely extracted from dilute solutions (0.002 M). The kinetic parameters of the sorption process are determined.
