ABSTRACT: Here, we report the case of a 47-year-old male who presented with a painless palpable mass in the right shoulder. This extremity tumor was diagnosed as a high-grade myxofibrosarcoma after a wide excision. Simultaneously, a synchronous mesenteric mass was discovered, which proved to be a leiomyosarcoma.
