  ABSTRACT: We report a case of Monomorphic adenoma of aryepiglottic fold. Histopathological findings are described. This is the first case, to our knowledge, of a Monomorphic adenoma presenting at aryepiglottic fold. Complete excision of the mass was done through laryngofissure approach.
