ABSTRACT: Based on the analysis of the theories of value chain and multinational merger and acquisition, we research the merger and acquisition of petrochemical industries based on value chain, according to the trait of the value chain of the petrochemical industries. And we propose the implementation process and the integration method for the merger and acquisition of petrochemical industries based on value chain.
