ABSTRACT: Although cardiac involvement during Behcet syndrome is uncommon and intracardiac thrombosis is exceptional, it concerns the right ventricle much more than the left one. We report an illustrative case of left intracardiac thrombosis revealing Behcet’s disease in a 33-year-old Tunisian man.
