ABSTRACT: The Nanocomposites on the base of cadmium sulfide nanoparticles and polyvinyl alcohol (CdS/PVA) were obtained from electrolyte solutions of ethylene glycol by using successive ion layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) technique. Investigations of frequency dependence of the samples showed that dielectric permittivity of samples depended on temperatures and growth cycles. The character of distribution of nanoparticles on the film thickness depended on number of growth cycles. These factors also influence on values of dielectric permittivity of Cd/PVA nanocomposites.
