ABSTRACT: A mathematical algorithm of the distribution of greenhouse gas emissions is proposed as a way to tackle the topical issue of climate change and develop approaches to attaining an agreement among emitters of greenhouse gases (on the global scale, in a country, a region, a megalopolis).
