ABSTRACT: In this article, with the goal of improving civil engineering students’ employability and establishing the "five-in-one" application-oriented talents cultivation mode of civil engineering specialty, We do the research primarily from professional practice in education, career planning, job skills training, alumni resources construction and enterprise feedback, in research at home and abroad on the basis of successful experience and practice, combined with the current civil engineering students in our actual situation, existing advantages into full play and accumulate, and put forward the "five-in-one" new training mode.
