  ABSTRACT: Samples of amaranth and cabbage from Zanzibar were analyzed for heavy metal concentrations using Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence spectrometry (EDXRF) of Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC) in Arusha.
