ABSTRACT: Internal state and neuromodulators alter motion vision in Drosophila, but these effects have rarely been examined in whole-brain connectome-constrained simulations. The article aims to examine simulated membrane-potential responses to a moving grating under different chemical and physiological settings in Drosophila. Different stages of the experiment alter several controls together, with all stages being run in Cognesia using FlyWire connectivity. Three author-defined scenarios: well-fed-state, hungry-state and trance-like-state; illustrate simulated voltage responses under combined settings. Stimulus settings and added inputs also differ, preventing an isolated chemical or physiological effect from being established. Motion vectors and locomotor output are not measured; further, in-vivo research is necessary to test the behavioral hypotheses.
