ABSTRACT: We used the five-dimensional formulation of classical electrodynamics in 2T + 3S dimensions and derived the Lorentz Force Equation in the relativistic covariant two-time paradigm. We find that the effective-charge idea introduced earlier in the five-dimensional formulation of classical electrodynamics brings the derived Lorentz Force Equation closer to the four-dimensional one. We also compute the components of the electromagnetic energy tensor in the 2T + 3S dimensions and identify the new additional features.
