ABSTRACT: Although the supply scale of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions has continued to expand, the integration of ideological and political education into the entire process of innovation and entrepreneurship practice still faces the challenge of a supply-demand mismatch. This study takes undergraduate students from a local university as the research subjects and conducts a questionnaire survey from four dimensions—entry status in practice, motivational structure, process experience, and value cognition—to perform a differentiated analysis of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship behavioral characteristics. On this basis, it formulates three typical behavioral profiles and accordingly proposes precision ideological and political education pathways with differentiated measures. At the same time, it constructs a collaborative mechanism for precision ideological and political education, forming a closed loop of integrated ideological-political and innovation-entrepreneurship education. Furthermore, as artificial intelligence technology continues to expand its applications in the educational field, large language models provide new auxiliary tools for educational research and management practices in higher education institutions. In the processes of questionnaire design, student profile analysis, and implementation pathway construction, this paper attempts to introduce methods such as prompt design, text semantic analysis, and clustering analysis to assist in identifying and categorizing students’ innovation and entrepreneurship behavioral characteristics, and accordingly proposes precision ideological and political education support strategies for different profile groups.
