ABSTRACT: Sebum overproduction is a key factor in acne vulgaris and seborrhea. This prospective, single-center, interventional study evaluated the efficacy and safety of standardized intradermal microinjections of botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A) in 42 adults with mild-to-moderate facial acne and seborrhea. Participants received 40 - 60 units of onabotulinumtoxin A via microdroplet technique. Outcomes included sebum levels (Sebumeter), acne lesion counts, patient satisfaction (Visual Analogue Scale [VAS] and Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale [GAIS]), and adverse events. After treatment, sebum production was observed to decrease by 47.9% at 4 weeks and 35.2% at 12 weeks (p
