ABSTRACT: On the correlation space photons of static Maxwell fields, the photons of light, the vacuum, the mass, and the charges are described by a common formalism in the form of three-dimensional structures, formed from a four-dimensional field and the action; the action is represented by the four-dimensional communication relations of quantum mechanics. The formation of structures and their interactions take place in gravity and electromagnetism by a uniform field and according to a common mechanism under the conditions of the Hamiltonian principle. The source of gravity and electromagnetism is a four-dimensional structure: the basic structure, which is built up of action and describes the mass and charges of elementary objects.
