ABSTRACT: This paper reviews key achievements of Classical Physics prior to the advent of Quantum Mechanics and highlights influential ideas proposed by leading physicists from the seventeenth through the twentieth centuries. These concepts are synthesized into a unified framework: the Hypersphere World-Universe Cosmology (WUC). The model combines classical physical principles with a finite, boundless hyperspherical World, the Cosmic Medium, and continuously generated Universe-Created Matter. WUC provides a self-consistent description of cosmological evolution, derives primary cosmological parameters from fundamental principles, and offers explanations for several outstanding problems in modern cosmology. The model further demonstrates that a number of quantities traditionally regarded as empirical can be calculated from a small set of fundamental parameters.
