ABSTRACT: This study focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented local universities, and discusses the coupling relationship between teachers’ literacy and local industry demand. By analysing the current reality of the dilemma, constructing the core dimensions of teacher literacy, analyzing the coupling mechanism, and proposing the empowering path of literacy enhancement, the study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for local colleges and universities to better serve the development of the regional economy, and to promote the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
