ABSTRACT: Post-orgasmic illness syndrome is a rare condition with a polymorphic clinical presentation; its diagnosis relies on a constellation of genitourinary and general clinical findings. Diagnosis is based on criteria established by Waldinger in the literature. We report the case of a 42-year old man who had been incorrectly treated for recurrent genital infections for over a year. Clinical and paraclinical investigations led to a diagnosis of post-orgasmic illness syndrome.
