ABSTRACT: Existing theories of perception generally explain processes within particular scientific domains, such as physical activation, biological sensation, psychological emotion, or intellectual interpretation. However, a broader conceptual question remains: how does information progressively transform across these different levels of reality and finally become perceived and interpreted? The purpose of this paper is to develop a common ontological framework for examining this continuity from cosmological activation to intellectual perception. The framework proposes that Nature operates through common organizational principles across cosmological, physical, biological, psychological, and intellectual levels, while the form of realization changes at each level. Perception is described through four universal constituents: appearance, identity, diversity, and intensity. Appearance and identity together constitute availability, while diversity and intensity constitute essence; availability and essence together form perception. On this basis, the paper develops a multilevel process through which incoming activation is accepted, synchronized with the internal organization of the receiving entity, perceived, and expressed. The framework is intended to provide a common conceptual basis for investigating how the same underlying reality can undergo successive transformations across levels and can ultimately give rise to different perceived realities.
