ABSTRACT: Relying on superior location, strong economic foundation and policy support, Weifang has formed an integrated three-dimensional logistics system of land, sea and air, with the continuous expansion of industrial scale and continuous improvement of infrastructure facilities. Based on the questionnaire survey of local transportation logistics enterprises and the analysis of 252 valid sample data, it is found that there are still many shortcomings in Weifang logistics industry, such as the lack of unified and coordinated management mechanism, insufficient supply of logistics talents, low level of equipment intelligence and irregular market order. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures from the aspects of coordinating industry management, integrating and cultivating leading enterprises, strengthening talent support, promoting the construction of smart logistics, standardizing the market and credit system, and promoting the standardized, intelligent and high-quality development of Weifang transportation logistics industry.
