ABSTRACT: The gravitational point theory presented in Part I is supplemented by a description of gravitational forces when observed from non-inertially moving reference frames. The Special Theory of Relativity is extended to cope with linearly and circularly accelerated reference frames. It follows that inertial and heavy mass are only equal on exact circular paths, otherwise they require a relativistic correction, and the stationary observer determines the shape of the rotating circle as a circle with a slightly changed radius, without having to abandon Euclidean geometry. A second supplement concerns the determination of the Lagrange and Hamilton functions of particles or bodies of variable mass as well as the Schrödinger wave equation of the gravitational field which opens up a path to extend classical quantum physics to include gravity.
