ABSTRACT: The various components of Healthcare organizations operate in increasingly complex environments, making effective leadership essential for delivering high-quality services and sustaining organizational performance. Despite the well-established value of leadership, some healthcare leaders still struggle to implement strategies that effectively enhance communication, stakeholder engagement, and overall service quality. This qualitative project examined how healthcare leaders use strategic communication and stakeholder engagement to strengthen organizational performance and improve service quality. The project was informed by strategic communication, stakeholder, and transformational leadership theories as its conceptual framework. The study may support positive social change by highlighting leadership practices that can improve patient care, bolster organizational responsiveness, and foster more equitable and coordinated health care delivery systems. The findings offer practical guidance for healthcare leaders striving to enhance service quality and organizational effectiveness in complex healthcare settings.
