ABSTRACT: The Pingshan Shu Kwong Yutan redesign project aims to achieve a harmonious coexistence of sustainable design and green construction concepts. This concept not only reduces the building’s dependence on and consumption of natural resources, but also provides a healthier, more comfortable, and more environmentally friendly space for community activities. The project included analyzing the historical and architectural features of the space, substantiating the redesign concept, creating drawings, zoning functionally, selecting materials, modeling the space, visualizing the rooms, and filming a dynamic fly-through video of the modeled space.
