ABSTRACT: Drug addiction is a chronic brain disease characterized by compulsive drug use and high relapse rate, which is prevalent in China. Many studies have shown that drug replacement therapy is effective in controlling withdrawal symptoms, but the long-term withdrawal rate is only 15% - 30%, and it is difficult to repair the functional impairment and social dysfunction associated with addiction. Given the limitations of pharmacological treatments in terms of neurocognitive function restoration and social reintegration, this study reviewed the application of non-pharmacological interventions in the rehabilitation of drug addicts at home and abroad through literature review, sorted out the core intervention methods and mechanisms, and proposed clinical optimization strategies on this basis, aiming to provide reference for clinical decision-making of clinical medical staff.
