ABSTRACT: We report a case of a 43-year-old female with a history of breast cancer who was diagnosed with an intermediate-risk gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) of the jejunum. The patient underwent successful en bloc tumor resection with duodenojejunal anastomosis. She later developed postoperative gastroparesis, requiring gastrojejunostomy. This report highlights diagnostic challenges, surgical management, and postoperative complications in jejunal GIST.
