ABSTRACT: In a Dark Energy Hypothesis, dark matter transforms continuously into dark energy, which is known as the dark matter/dark energy dynamic. The dynamic is studied under the rubric of information theory. The study leads to a prediction of the mass of a dark matter particle. Although the dynamic is evolutionary, it is quasi-static. Information theory divides cosmological evolution into two eras, an early one in which information is produced and a later in which it is lost.
