ABSTRACT: Local medical colleges in ethnic regions have long faced deep-seated challenges in graduate education, including insufficient supervisory guidance, inadequate interdisciplinary collaboration, delayed resource integration, and low levels of informatization. Taking graduate students majoring in medical pathogenic biology as the target group, this study constructs and implements a four-in-one training model integrating “supervisor-research team-informatization-disciplinary platform”. In this model, a multidisciplinary supervisory team provides overall guidance, research teams serve as the core collaborative mechanism, an informatization-based sharing platform offers technical support, and multiple disciplinary experimental platforms function as practice bases, so that these four dimensions are organically integrated and operate in synergy. Practical experience shows that the model effectively enhances graduate students’ research innovation capacity and interdisciplinary thinking, and strengthens the academic atmosphere and collaborative momentum within teams. It thus offers a practical and replicable pathway for graduate education reform in similar institutions in ethnic regions.
