ABSTRACT: This article reviews the concept, prevalence, assessment tools, and influencing factors of social alienation among lung cancer patients. It aims to help clinical healthcare professionals understand the characteristics of social alienation in this population, improve their ability to identify it early, and provide a theoretical framework for implementing interventions to address social alienation, enhance social adaptation, and improve quality of life among lung cancer patients.
