ABSTRACT: This paper studies a class of predator-prey models characterized by predator attraction and fear effects. By employing the upper and lower solution method and the regularity theory of elliptic equations, we prove the uniform boundedness of positive solutions. Additionally, using the prey growth rate as a bifurcation parameter, we apply the Crandall-Rabinowitz local bifurcation theory to investigate the local bifurcation structure of positive solutions branching off from two semi-trivial solutions and analyze the local stability of the bifurcated solutions.
