ABSTRACT: Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica is an idiopathic condition affecting the tracheobronchial tree. It may be asymptomatic or manifest as respiratory symptoms. We describe here a case of an incidental finding within hours of admission in a patient with multiple comorbidities who was initially managed for vascular leukoencephalopathy. Although Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica is a rare condition, it should be suspected based on medical imaging results.
