ABSTRACT: Driven by the dual impetus of the high-quality development and intelligent transformation of the railway industry, the continuing education course system for railway employees is facing an urgent need for quality improvement and upgrading. Taking multiple railway employee training courses of Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic as the research object, this paper combines data from 267 valid questionnaires, focuses on the core innovation point of “the synergistic efforts of Traditional Chinese Culture and Artificial Intelligence”, and explores the construction path of the continuing education course system for railway employees. The research finds that the average score of courses integrating Traditional Chinese Culture and Artificial Intelligence is higher than the overall average score of courses, and the core reason is that the course content accurately meets the training needs and work practices. By exploring the internal logic of their synergy, this paper constructs a characteristic course system of “culture shaping the soul + intelligence empowering” from three dimensions: curriculum module reconstruction, teaching mode innovation, and evaluation system optimization, providing practical reference for the high-quality development of continuing education in the railway industry.
