  ABSTRACT: Background: Conventional breast cancer can achieve favorable treatment outcomes with existing guidelines and protocols. However, for patients with large masses complicated by ulceration and hemorrhage, particularly elderly patients, the therapeutic approach remains challenging. It is essential to explore tailored diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for this population, which necessitates multidisciplinary collaboration for comprehensive management to ultimately improve patient survival. Case Report: A 70-year-old female patient presented with a left breast mass measuring over 10 cm in ulcerated area. Following multidisciplinary discussion at our hospital, she underwent a series of interventions including minimally invasive interventional therapy, targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy, surgical resection, and targeted maintenance therapy. The patient has achieved 2+ years of disease-free survival.
