ABSTRACT: The authors report the case of a 13-year-old female patient with no reported medical history who presented with juvenile tibia vara and three-dimensional knee deformity requiring multiple surgeries for complete correction. The aim is to show the importance of long-term follow-up for these complex deformities, where a single operation is often insufficient due to recurrence and undercorrection.
