ABSTRACT: In this paper, the formation criteria of nonstationary pseudoperiodic structures in a cosmological system of gravitating particles are demonstrated. These criteria are based on the properies of solutions of the system of Vlasov-Poisson equations. Furthermore, the properties of solutions of the linearized integral equation for the generalized gravitational potential, leading to the emergence of coherent structures of the quasi-equilibrium type in stationary systems of massive particles, are investigated.
