  ABSTRACT: Abdominal pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy. Exceptionally, it may progress to term, particularly in low-resource settings where access to prenatal care is limited. We report two cases of term abdominal pregnancy diagnosed incidentally in women aged 28 and 38 years. One case was detected fortuitously, while the other was suspected during a third-trimester ultrasound. Both fetuses were stillborn, one of which was macerated. This report underscores the critical importance of first-trimester ultrasound screening and the added diagnostic value of transvaginal sonography in early pregnancy assessment.
