ABSTRACT: Ethnic poetic classics, as integral components of China’s pluralistic yet unified cultural landscape, constitute rich repositories of material, folk, and artistic symbols that embody collective values and the ethos of the “unity of nature and humanity.” The translation and dissemination of these works play a vital role in shaping shared Chinese cultural symbols and serve as an effective cultural strategy for enhancing international recognition of a shared Chinese cultural identity, thereby reinforcing the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation on the global stage.
